In an attempt to explain the recent degradation of humanity, scientists have created an experiment that will, hopefully, result in the spontaneous devolution of elephants. A small group of baby elephants has been released into the arctic and will be under constant observation.
If the scientists’ theory is correct, the baby elephants should quickly begin to resemble mammoths. In theory, the elephants’ bodies will instantly react with the freezing environment, bringing the genes responsible for hair and larger tusk growth out of extinction.
Although heavily influenced by an earlier theory involving fish walking on land, this experiment is the first of its kind. If it is successful, scientists will finally be able to explain humanity’s sudden reversion to primitive behaviors, such as twerking.
