Feeling that it was about time for this 80-year-romance to be made official, Disney’s most iconic couple is set to tie the knot this November. The ceremony will take place on the 18th to celebrate Mickey and Minnie’s 83rd birthday marked by their first appearance together on the silver screen.

Paying homage to their first meeting, the nuptials will take place on a steamboat that will cruise down the Suwannee in full view of the adoring public. Several other beloved characters are going to make an appearance, including Goofy, Donald, and even Pete. Fans are encouraged to bring popcorn for tossing and there will reportedly be Dippin’ Dots vendors to serve spectators. The reception will be held at Disney World, with the entire park offering discounts all day in honor of the celebration. It would seem that even the king of Disney couldn’t run forever.
