Pilot Deliberately Lands the Plane in Water to Check if Passengers Can Actually Perform the Safety Instructions Taught to Them

New York: An United Airlines pilot reportedly landed the plane in the Atlantic Ocean yesterday to check if the passengers can actually perform the safety instructions taught to them at the beginning of the flight. We spoke to the pilot in question, “I learnt from the Air traffic control that I was 120th in the line and had to circle for about 1 hr before Landing. As I wasn’t feeling sleepy and even my iPad was discharged, so I started searching for something constructive to do. Then for checking the safety preparedness of the passengers I decided to land the plane in the sea. As I was flying the Boeing 737 which usually develops a snag almost every time it flies so it was not very difficult to convince the people of the same.”

We spoke to the air hostess to gauge the passenger’s reaction, “As usual people were paying more attention to my breasts than to the safety drills they need to carry out in case of a water landing. So when the plane actually landed on water no one had any clue as what to do.

The people frantically started calling for me as they do when the air conditioning is not working or there’s a delay in serving drinks. I never felt so important and needed in my life, I feel the captain’s action has restored our pride.”

The pilot reportedly came out of the cockpit and started hollering at everyone for their callousness and then swam away to safety. The FAA has also decided to give a go ahead to such surprise emergency landings and is all set to felicitate the pilot next month. To avoid the possibility of airline pilots making a fool of the passengers, all Ivy Colleges would start offering a 4 credit course in airline safety instructions.
